Nursing Care for Elderly Patients with Gout Arthritis through the Application of Ergonomic Exercise on Pain Quality in Karangnongko Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency

Elderly is a natural biological stage where a person cannot avoid these stages which have an impact on physical and psychological decline, where physical deterioration is characterized by the presence of wrinkled skin, hair turning white, decreased sense of hearing, blurred sense of sight, decreased sense of smell, decreased vital organ functions, and the presence of limited physical movement of one ot more extremities. The purpose of this study was to determine the Application of Ergonomic Exercise Activity Therapy in Elderly Hypertension with Impaired Physical Mobility Nursing Problems in Karangnongko Village, Pondokusumo District, Malang Regency.
This type of scientific research is a descriptive design approach with a case study approach, the subjects used are 2 patients with impaired physical mobility nursing problems. The location was carried out at the Karangnongko Village, Pondokusumo District, Malang Regency.Regency by providing interventions for ergonomic exercise therapy activities for 6 days which were given once a day with a duration of 30 minutes and before and after giving ergonomic exercise therapy activities blood pressure was measured using a Manual Spygmomanometer, using data collection which included assessment, determine diagnosis, make interventions, implement, and evaluate.
The results of the case study show that giving ergonomic exercise activity therapy can be an alternative therapy to reduce blood pressure and to reduce fatigue during activities in the elderly.
The conclusion of this study is that ergonomic exercise activity therapy can be used as non-pharmacological therapy for elderly people suffering from hypertension who experience impaired physical mobility nursing problems so that patients avoid fatigue when doing activities.
