Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration by another journal. All submissions must be written in clear academic English (or the journal's accepted language) and comply with the formatting requirements described below.

Manuscript Preparation

  • The manuscript should be prepared using the journal's official template.
  • Recommended manuscript length is 4,000–8,000 words, including references.
  • Use A4 paper size, 12-point Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, and 2.5 cm margins on all sides.
  • Number all pages consecutively.

Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should include the following sections:

  1. Title
  2. Author(s) and Affiliation(s)
  3. Abstract (150–250 words)
  4. Keywords (3–6 keywords)
  5. Introduction
  6. Materials and Methods
  7. Results
  8. Discussion
  9. Conclusion
  10. Acknowledgments (optional)
  11. Conflict of Interest Statement
  12. Funding Information (if applicable)
  13. References

Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should briefly describe the background, objectives, methods, key findings, and conclusions of the study. Avoid citations in the abstract. Provide 3–6 keywords that accurately represent the manuscript.

Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively.
  • Each table and figure must have a descriptive title or caption.
  • Figures should be submitted in high-resolution format (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Authors must obtain permission for any copyrighted material used.

References

  • References should follow the APA 7th Edition citation style (or the journal's preferred style).
  • Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
  • At least 80% of references should be from peer-reviewed journal articles published within the last 10 years.
  • All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa.

Ethical Considerations

Authors must ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and free from plagiarism.
  • All authors have made substantial contributions to the work.
  • Appropriate ethical approval has been obtained for studies involving humans or animals.
  • Any potential conflicts of interest are disclosed.
  • Sources of funding are acknowledged.

Submission Requirements

Before submitting, authors should ensure that:

  • The manuscript follows the journal template.
  • The manuscript has been proofread for grammar and language.
  • All author information is complete.
  • Figures and tables are properly cited.
  • References are formatted correctly.
  • Similarity index complies with the journal's plagiarism policy.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process. The Editor reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal's scope, quality standards, or formatting requirements.

Copyright and License

Upon acceptance, authors agree to publish their work under the journal's copyright and licensing policy. Authors retain copyright unless otherwise specified by the journal.
